2015 Billecart-Salmon Rosé Champagne
Review Date: 05-28-2026
This is a real treat from Billecart-Salmon! The complexity of this Champagne is stunning. It has gorgeous aromatics of raspberry coulis, fresh wild strawberries and a touch of tulip. Palate is expressive with berries note lingering on and saline minerality backing it up. It's long and mouthwatering on the finish. Definitely opening up with more nuances as it decants itself in your glass. Great Champagne to enjoy slowly, letting it unwrap itself like a flower.

2018 Billecart-Salmon 250th Anniversary Vintage Champagne
Review Date: 05-07-2026
What a lovely Anniversary cuvee from Billecart-Salmon! It offers great depth of flavor with slightly toasty and brioche driven texture, sea breeze notes, lovely citrus fruit nuances and floral aromatics. It's dry with vibrant mineral touch but also has incredibly supple finish. As with all Champagne from Billecart, this Cuvee seems to change and evolve once in the glass, revealing new layers of flavors and showing impressive level of complexity.

Jean-Jacques Lamoureux "Les Amoureux" Pinot Blanc Champagne
Review Date: 04-09-2026
This is so exciting to have this wonderful Champagne finally back in stock! I love it's luxurious texture with depth and multi dimension brought by excellent balanced minerality that adds brightness to rich citrus on the palate similar to lemon curd. Great champagne to enjoy on its own or pair with heavier sea food dishes. Lobster bisque?! For sure! As a white burgundy lover I find this Champagne very similar to it and it's just a pure magic. It's one of a kind Champagne that should not be missed.

Paul Clouet Bouzy Grand Cru Blanc de Noirs Brut Champagne
Review Date: 01-08-2026
Incredibly complex expression of Pinot Noir Champagne with extra age which brings slightly toasty nuttiness and deepens mineral component in it. Layered and nuanced it's opening up nicely in the glass with red fruit and bright citrus note. Robust and powerful Champagne that can stand up to stronger flavored dishes and aged cheeses.

Bollinger "PN TX20" Brut Champagne
Review Date: 10-29-2025
Brilliant expression of 100% Pinot Noir Champagne! Full bodied, rich, textural with ripe apple and honey aromas. It's balanced nicely with freshness of Meyer lemon acidity but doesn't come across as too austere. Very supple and mouthwatering, opulent, and delicious all by itself, though can be a good match to heavier meals like Thanksgiving dinner, complementing the complexity of all sides and a turkey.
2023 Clos de la Bonnette "Roc d'Ucarisse" Condrieu
Review Date: 10-23-2025
Absolutely outstanding Condrieu! I love Viognier when it's done right. It's super aromatic with freshly made apricot preserve dominating the bouquet. On the palate it's dry and mineral but also supple with peach, apricot and honey notes. Finish is long with saline acidity lingering on and on. The balance of fruit and mineral components is superb here and it's not an easy thing to achieve. Truly wonderful wine!

2019 Gulfi "NeroBufaleffj" Nero d'Avola Sicilia
Review Date: 10-15-2025
I have been a fan of Gulfi wines for years, so it's great to see it back in stock. This wine is outstanding example of properly made Nero d'Avola. It's a full bodied wine with depth, textural richness and velvety ripe tannins, packed with mulberry, blackberry and black currant with lovely bright acidity that keeps wine shine from from start to finish. there is also a savory note in it due to some age which adds extra layer of complexity. Delicious to pair with traditional Pasta 'Ncasciata.
Ariston Aspasie "Réserve" Brut Champagne

Aspasie is our absolute favorite Champagne here! It's beautifully balanced and structured, full of rich citrus, a bit of brioche. Flavor is so deep and finish lasts so long that it's just hard to believe. On the nose, the aroma is captivating with honeysuckle and hint of white acacia flower. Great wine to bring for any occasion!

2016 K&L Discovery Series Italy, Barolo (Vintage Release)
Review Date: 09-17-2025
It's incredibly fortunate that we have ready to drink Barolo at such an affordable price. This wine is very classic and showcases all traditional Nebbiolo characteristics of red cherry, plum, tobacco and earth. It's developing nicely and certainly could be age longer, but it is very enjoyable now thanks to softer, well rounded tannins.

It's dry and focused and full bodied without feeling heavy. It changes and opens up in the glass as it gets warmer with an amazing bouquet of meadow flowers and fresh pastry on the palate. Wonderful Champagne for any occasion!

Franck Bonville Unisson Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Champagne
Review Date: 01-29-2025
Absolutely glorious Blanc De Blancs! Textural and supple with beautiful mineral notes, reminiscent of ocean breeze and mouth watering salinity. Full-bodied and silky on the palate with just enough acidity to balance slightly brioche-like notes. Clean and elegant with striking, persistent finish, it's a magnificent drink on its own as well as a great pairing to Lobster Thermidor.
Krug "Grande Cuvée" 172ème Édition Brut Champagne
Review Date: 08-31-2024
Krug never disappoints you, and this Cuvee is another proof to it. Powerful in acidity and well structured Champagne, it has beautiful richness of lemon curd on the mid palate with lovely layers of fresh citrus and touch of brioche along with strong minerality. It will age great but it's incredibly delicious to drink now as well!
2021 Burn Cottage "Sauvage Vineyard" Pinot Noir Bannockburn Central Otago
Review Date: 03-14-2024
Being a huge fan of Felton Road wines I am so excited to taste Burn Cottage! It's truly equal in power and complexity of flavors to Felton Road. This Pinot Noir has lovely savory notes of black tea and juicy red cherry at the same time, with layer of very subtle clove and star anise spice mix underneath it all. Finish goes on for ever and ever, it's very impressive! It's a structured wine with firm but light tannins which will help wine age gracefully yet you can certainly enjoy it now with food like duck, game meat and grilled salmon. If you like Pinot Noir, don't miss this opportunity.

You just can't go wrong with classic Rose from Billecart-Salmon! It's one of the most prettiest, perfectly balanced and elegant expressions of Rose Champagne. Billecart-Salmon "Sous Bois" Brut Champagne
Review Date: 10-06-2021
Red apple skin and lemon notes are the most prominent flavors of this Champagne. It's full-bodied and powerful with firm structure and acidity. Serious wine that should be paired with richer seafood, like lobster, tuna or swordfish. It opens up a lot in the glass as you drink it and shows more sides of it. Definitely a unique Champagne.

Review Date: 10-06-2021
I never get tired of tasting and drinking this Champagne every time it comes back in stock. It's that good! Brilliant and tremendously complex, it's one of the best expressions of Blanc De Blancs . On the palate you get delicious combination of light lemon curd and some chalky minerality. On the nose - meadow flowers and citrus blossom. No wonder it's always gone so fast from our shelves!
