Your order is fine. When you select RareStorage shipping, your bottles get handed off from K&L into your RareStorage vault, which is why the K&L order closes. That close just means the handoff happened, not that anything is lost or shipped elsewhere.

From here, manage everything at RareStorage, not K&L. Sign in to your RareStorage Vault at vault.rarestorage.com to view your bottles, confirm intake, and either store them or take possession. First time there? Reset your password using the same email you used for your K&L order.

A few things can extend your timeline beyond a standard order:

Long-distance transit. If bottles from your collection are traveling a long distance, delays can occur as we coordinate with temp-controlled carriers for their safety.

Special Order items. These are sourced directly from the producer or supplier for you. We make our best attempt at an accurate ETA, then timing depends on the vendor's availability and turnaround. We aim to keep the product detail page current with ETA information.

Pre-Arrivals ship from the producer or négociant and travel a long way before reaching us. The arrival date shown when you purchased was our best estimate at the time. We have consistently fulfilled Pre-Arrival orders since 1976 and we take that commitment seriously.

Occasionally container consolidation or shipping delays slow the journey to our intake team, and an estimate moves. When that happens, we aim to update the arrival date on the original product page. The best place to check the current ETA is the listing where you bought it.
