Louis Roederer "Collection 242" Brut Champagne

Just when we thought the Roederer Brut Premier is as good as it gets, here comes Collection 242 to prove us wrong. This new, fabulous cuvee from Roederer is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier and dosaged at a lower rate. By blending the 2017 with reserves you get some major complexity all while keeping the freshness and minerality shining through. Coming from a major Champagne house, this comes at a great price, too.
Drappier "Carte d'Or" Brut Champagne

Drappier's Carte d'Or is a Champagne for any occasion. Pinot Noir makes up a majority of the blend which lends a lovely red fruit character on the palate. Stone fruit and brioche notes are also expressed with minerality throughout. It's beautifully balanced and makes a great aperitif. It's a bargain for the quality and not to be missed!
Laurent-Perrier "Cuvée Rosé" Brut Rosé Champagne

The Laurent Perrier Cuvee Rose is one of my favorite rose Champagnes in the store! It comes from all Grand Cru vineyards mostly in the south and north of the Montagne de Reims and is entirely Pinot Noir. It has a gorgeous salmon-pink color in the glass, and is very expressive on the nose and palate. It's full of red fruit character and richness from 5 years aging on the less. Every time I go back to this wine it never disappoints!
Tentaka Kuni "Hawk in the Heavens" Junmai Sake (720ml)

Hawk In The Heavens is an incredibly food friendly, earth driven sake perfect for your summer barbecues. On the palate, this Junmai is dry yet rich with flavors of mushroom, walnut and grass. It can be served slightly chilled, or room temperature to accentuate the rounder body and umami character.

Pierre Mineral Brut Rosé Champagne

This is one of my favorite rose Champagnes that we direct import. It's made from almost all Grand Cru Mesnil Chardonnay with 10% Pinot Noir added to give it a gorgeous salmon-pink color. It's super dry with subtle strawberry fruit notes and prominent minerality. It's versatile enough to enjoy with all kinds of dishes, or enjoy it alone. A perfect pick for Valentine's Day!

Woodinville Straight 100% Rye Whiskey

Rye fans should definitely check out this Washington handcrafted whiskey. You immediately know it’s rye from the nose by it’s rye bread and spice aromas. On the palate there’s cinnamon, cedar, spearmint, subtly fruity notes and oak character throughout. The overall body is rich and full and is a perfect candidate for your rye cocktails.
