Ariston Aspasie "Réserve" Brut Champagne
Review Date: 02-08-2021
The "Carte Blanche" Ariston Aspasie bottling allows you to buy well crafted Champagne that is made within the strict rules of the Champagne region at a very reasonable price. This Champagne has richness but is very light in feel. Nice green apple flavors, brioche and vanilla bean, chalky with a mousse texture. Just lovely.

$37.99
Gilbert Jacquesson "Cuvée Tradition" Blanc de Noirs Brut Champagne

A most intriguing Champagne. Nice lifted fleshy fruit with small bubbles and a smokey mineral character with a long finish that reminds me of fuji apples. Fascinating enough to recommend trying something new and exciting!

Franck Bonville Grand Cru Brut Blanc de Blancs Champagne
Review Date: 02-08-2018
Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Champagne for just $ 34.99! Lively and rich with flavors of apples some bready notes with a touch of saline and vanilla. Crisp and clean with persistent bubbles. This is a favorite at my house
Baron-Fuenté "7" Brut Champagne
Review Date: 02-08-2018
No this is not a reference to the song " Hootchie Cootchie Man" . The 7 does refer to 7 generations of skilled Champagne production. This is a rich and lifted Champagne that hits all of the buttons. Silky, long, layered, balanced and dry. Just $49.99 . My personal favorite in the Baron-Fuente lineup.
