Still very youthful and quite yeasty, this needs some aeration to open up, but the spectrum of fruit aromas goes right through the range of citrus and stone fruits, plus delicate notes of exotic fruit. Stunning concentration, racy acidity and wet-stone minerality on the incredibly focused palate. Literally breathtaking brilliance at the finish. This took more than two years to finish fermentation, but that long walk along a knife edge worked spectacularly well. *Top 10 Wines in the USA*
Supergay and Superdelicious. This craft vokda actually sports quite a bit of flavor in a sleek and silky mouthfeel. Made with organic grains and with a mission to carve out a space for more queer owned business in the spirits world. A portion of profits goes back into the LGBTQ+ community. From “farm to disco”, Supergay wants to share its love for spirits while continuing to build the inclusive, diverse world we all wish to exist in—one delicious cocktail at a time.
Distiller's notes: "A bittersweet aperitivo infused with 13 botanicals including orange, chamomile and rose. Perfect mixed with soda water or grapefruit juice, on the rocks with lime, or in a Negroni."
Supergay’s Fire Island Dry Gin arrives with a wink, a tan line, and absolutely no interest in being another dusty backbar London Dry clone. Made in New York from a four-times-distilled 100% New York corn base, this small-batch, unfiltered gin takes a proper juniper-driven foundation and loads it up with the kind of botanical cast that sounds like it was assembled after a very good weekend near the water: coriander, orris, citrus, chamomile, wild-foraged elderflower, finger lime, pink peppercorn, Tasmanian pepperberry, and wild sugar kelp harvested from Moriches Bay near Fire Island. The kelp is the magic trick here, adding a clean, oceanic snap without turning the whole thing into a seafood platter. It is bright, floral, peppery, saline, and citrusy, with enough proof at 45% ABV to hold its own in a Martini, Negroni, Southside, or a criminally easy gin and tonic. Fun bottle, serious gin. Bring it to the beach house, then pretend you always had taste this good.
Hermann J. Wiemer founded his Finger Lakes winery on Seneca Lake’s western shore in 1979, drawing on his background in a Mosel winemaking family. This 2024 Estate Semi-Dry Riesling reflects the producer’s enduring focus on a grape that has become central to the modern Finger Lakes wine industry.
Distiller's notes: "Based on the secret recipe of four medieval thieves. They were caught stealing from plague victims in Marseille. In exchange for clemency, they revealed their secret concoction. With notes of cinnamon, eucalyptus, and honey, this amaro can be enjoyed neat or in a variety of cocktails."
The 2023 Riesling Dry blends fruit from all the vineyard blocks, comprising 45 to 50 different picks, and is the largest production wine at Wiemer. It offers a very perfumed nose that slinks from the glass with sweet jasmine, honeysuckle, orange peel and white pepper. This is a wine built more on round, ripe fruit than varietal acidity, making it very approachable and, dare I say, crushable. (BN)
Forthave has quietly become one of the most exciting botanical spirits producers in the country, and this fifth entry in their one-off Single Batch series might be the most instantly useful release yet. FIVE is their fully realized bottled Negroni, built not from anonymous bulk ingredients, but from Forthave’s own Red Aperitivo, Blue Gin, and a house-blended vermouth. The aperitivo brings a bitter-sweet core of Seville orange peel, gentian, rhubarb, and spice, while the Blue Gin adds lift and texture from more than 18 organic botanicals including juniper, lemon, lavender, coriander, angelica, and mint. The vermouth component is equally thoughtful, built around Finger Lakes wine distillations and base wine, with a touch of New York vermouth from Method Spirits. But the real brilliance is in the construction: one portion was aged in barrel for warmth and subtle spice, another rested in tank to preserve freshness and structure, and a final fresh component was blended in before bottling. The result is far more than a pre-mixed cocktail. It is bright, bitter, aromatic, textural, and complete, with real depth and none of the dull, sugary heaviness that sinks so many bottled cocktails. Only 6,336 half bottles were produced, and this will not be repeated. Chill it, pour over ice, add an orange twist, and pretend you worked much harder than you did.
One of the stars of this challenging vintage. Cool and reserved nose with fresh mint, parsley and basil aromas. Some aeration in the glass teases a lot more crisp pear and yellow-apple aromas out of the wine and expands the mid-palate creaminess. Excellent structure and juiciness on the sleek and precise, medium-bodied palate. Complex wet-stone minerality at the self-confidently dry and crisp finish. Drink or hold.
The quintessential New York Rosé from the Hamptons on Long Island. Winemaker's Notes: "The color shines in a pale salmon shade with a soft pink hue. Aromas of ripe rose petals, cranberry, red currant, and subtle herbal notes create an inviting bouquet. On the palate, vibrant red berry fruit meets refreshing acidity, perfectly balanced by a fine tannin structure and a touch of classic minerality. Playful yet refined, this rosé delivers both sophistication and intensity. With a crisp, coastal freshness that captures the Atlantic breeze, it’s the perfect companion for a summer soirée."

Good Vodka is a bold new take on what vodka can be. Distilled in the U.S. from rescued coffee fruit grown on small organic farms in Colombia, it turns a major waste stream into something smooth, rich, and strikingly original. For every pound of beans harvested, five pounds of fruit pulp are discarded. Good Vodka intercepts that fruit before it goes to waste and transforms it into a clean, delcious spirit with a purpose. The result is a carbon-negative, water-conscious vodka that uses just one percent of the water required for traditional corn or potato vodkas. The aroma opens with cocoa and tropical fruit. The palate is silky and full, with a spicy, earthy depth and a clean finish kissed with white pepper and dark fruit. With no added sugar, glycerin, or flavorings, it is a pure expression of its unique origin. Kosher and gluten free, this is a vodka for people who care about how their spirits are made and where they come from. Equally usable simply over ice or in an espresso martini, it is one of the few vodkas that drinks beautifully on its own.

A singular creation from Brooklyn’s Forthave Spirits, Mithradates reimagines one of antiquity’s most enduring tonics as a modern vino amaro. Built on a base of 2022 Frontenac from New York’s Finger Lakes, the wine is fortified and infused with thirty-four botanicals, including barks, roots, citrus, and herbs, then rested in used bourbon barrels and stainless steel. The result is a deep ruby digestivo that bridges the vinous and the bitter. On the nose, warm spice and dried fruit mingle with cedar and citrus peel. The palate delivers fig, mace, and chincona bitterness over a supple, lightly tannic structure, finishing earthy and persistent. Enjoy it neat, on the rocks with tonic, or as a vermouth substitute in stirred cocktails. A thoughtful resurrection of an ancient elixir, executed with Forthave’s signature restraint and historical curiosity.

Bid on this bottle of Tuthilltown Hudson Manhattan Rye. Special Order Only! Will take 3-7 business days to receive this product before it can be shipped. It wouldn't really be fair to say that this Hudson River distillery is hopping on the current rye-loving band wagon when, in actuality, the state of New York was well-known for its ryes before Prohibition. But, surprisingly, rye hasn't been made in the state (legally) since that time. Tuthilltown Spirits' Hudson Manhattan Rye revives the tradition with class. This small batch whiskey is made with whole grain rye and it has a lovely floral and fruit-filled nose and a smooth palate with the fantastic rye edge that makes this many bartenders' spirit of choice. The hand-filled bottles are sealed with wax and numbered.
