Reviewed February 2025This is a fabulously electric wine, bursting with exotic richness—pear, apple, and apricot layered with white pepper and an exceptional savoury depth of subtle white truffle and charcuterie. Bracing acidity drives its tension, complemented by Marcona almond, saline minerality, and a crisp finish of Mediterranean herbs. Ultra-expressive and striking, it balances generous richness with vibrancy and energy—a truly compelling, complex, and age-worthy wine. (JC)
