1988 Chasse-Spleen, Moulis

According to Robert Parker: "Chasse-Spleen made a good, elegant 1988. Displaying a generous, intense, smoky, black currant bouquet and chewy, medium-bodied flavors, it has a surprisingly long, spicy, soft finish." And, from Wine Spectator: "Currant and grilled meat, with hints of sweet tobacco on the nose. Full-bodied, with soft and silky tannins, but a little tart on the finish. Falls a little short.
