From Salvano, a family-run cellar based in Diano d'Alba, this Riserva sits in the traditionally longer-aged Barolo category, built entirely around Nebbiolo from the Langhe. The 2001 Piedmont vintage is generally regarded as a strong, structured year for Barolo.
