Pajè is one of Barbaresco’s officially recognized vineyard areas, located in the commune of Barbaresco itself. Roagna’s 2021 “Vigne Vecchie”—Italian for “old vines”—is an old-vine selection from this site, made from Nebbiolo, the appellation’s sole permitted grape. The three-liter bottle holds the equivalent of four standard bottles.
