Asili lies in the commune of Barbaresco, within Piedmont’s Nebbiolo-growing Langhe hills. Roagna’s 2021 “Vigne Vecchie – Asili” pairs this vineyard name with the Italian term for “old vines,” highlighting the wine’s vineyard origins. This Nebbiolo-based Barbaresco comes in a three-liter bottle, equivalent in volume to four standard 750ml bottles.
