Berger is based in Gedersdorf, in the eastern Kremstal, where steep loess terraces shape the landscape. This 2025 Grüner Veltliner comes from estate-grown fruit across several vineyards, with soils that include loess, gravel and marl. The wine is fermented and matured in stainless steel. Erich Berger’s cellar approach uses cultured yeasts and slow, temperature-controlled fermentations, while the vineyards are farmed sustainably.
