Reviewed August 2026The 2025 Riesling Graacher Himmelreich Kabinett comes with alluring slate smokiness that somehow hints at distant fruit. The palate then unpacks that lovely peach, that trembling salty stone, that wonderful citrus aroma that holds as much lemon as mandarin and some leaves of dried lemon balm. This just goes under the skin with its steadiness, its undisturbed linearity. (Off-dry) (AK)

91pts Mosel Fine Wines: "The 2025er Graacher Himmelreich Riesling Kabinett was made from 80-year-old un-grafted vines harvested at 80° Oechsle and was fermented down to fruity-styled levels of residual sugar (48 g/l). Slightly reductive at first, it develops a fresh and subtly aromatic nose of almond cream, pear, yellow peach, acacia, and cinnamon. The wine proves delicately juicy and creamy on the palate and leaves a fresher feel in the nicely long and well-delineated finish. This is an excellent, light-weighted Kabinett. 2033-2050."(07/2026)
