The 2024 Mastroberardino "Radici" Fiano d'Avellino is the undisputed benchmark for southern Italian whites. Produced by the legendary family that saved Campania's ancient grapes, this is Fiano at its most serious and structural. The nose is a complex mix of pear, white peach, and the variety's signature notes of toasted hazelnut and smoke. On the palate, it offers a waxy, textured mouthfeel balanced by volcanic minerality and sharp acidity. It’s savory, saline, and incredibly persistent.
