2024 Domaine de Marquiliani "Gris de Marquiliani" Vin de Corse Rosé

Domaine de Marquiliani, near Aghione on Corsica’s east coast, sits between the sea and mountains, with schist- and granite-based soils and cool winds that help produce fresh, slowly ripened grapes. The Amalric family has farmed the estate since the 1950s, with Daniel Amalric introducing Niellucciu and Syrah to the area. His daughter Anne returned in 1995, first expanding olive oil production and later focusing on rosé production by replanting Sciaccarellu. The Gris is a blend of 95% Sciaccarellu and 5% Syrah. Fresh and captivating, this is a light rosé with bright acidity and lovely length on the palate.
