This all estate grown champagne is 100% Chardonnay from the Bonnaire families vineyards in Cramant, Chouilly and Oiry. It is a clean, stainless steel fermented blanc de blancs that has great depth as well as easy drinkability. The dosage is around 7 grams per liter. -Gary Westby, K&L
