Reviewed September 2023A flavorful and sophisticated white, showing notes of cedar, grilled pineapple, grapefruit and smoke on the nose. It’s medium- to full-bodied, tasty and toasty, with bright acidity and a long, phenolic finish. Drink now or hold.

Honey, citrus, vanilla, and hints of toasted oak and struck match on the nose. Caramelized pineapple, pink grapefruit, green apple on the plate. Butter cookies, vanilla bean, and baking spices linger on the finish—hint of shaved fennel too. A lot going on! Lovely.
