This Aligote is complex and textural, it has beautiful citrus fruit and lovely minerality, it's balanced and juicy, with bright acidity and gentle finish. This wine is unoaked and vibrant with Meyer lemon and pomelo dominating the palate along with floral hints on the nose. Good wine to pair with cheese and seafood.

Looking for some more affordable white Burgundy? Or something a little different? Aligote has entered the chat. Adjacent to Chardonnay, but also a different experience, this wine is refreshing with lots of acidity. There's loads of flinty minerality too, with a nice, subtle fruitiness. The value here is outstanding. If you're looking a refreshing, easy-drinking wine for a great price, this is it!

Formed in 1957 by a small group of growers in the village of Orches in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune region, Nuiton-Beaunoy has grown to now represent more than 80 growers and operates a co-op winery Cave des Hautes-Côtes.
