Reviewed December 2023The first of three separate subdivisions of Folatières which have been made and bottled apart. Pale green tint. This is honeyed on the nose, with a little oatmeal, rather delicious in its much riper style but that takes away the classicism. Three barrels made. Drink from 2026-2033.
