Descorchados
One of the forefathers of bonarda, this has been produced since 2003 and is a benchmark among the examples of the variety. In this case, it comes 100% from vineyards in Carrizal, surrounding the winery in Luján de Cuyo. A shaded pergola protects the clusters from excessive sun and yields fruits with fresh red flavors. A pool-side red and delicious with pizza.
