Our friends in Champagne have some competition with this bottling. It is clean with scents of rose hips, minerals and bright raspberries. On the palate, clean, crisp and bright. Flavors of raspberry, fresh oranges and white cherry. I can totally see myself enjoying this with salumi, hard cheeses and a nice sourdough baguette from Acme bread.
Notes
Made in the traditional methode Champenoise from the windswept volcanic soils of the Canary Islands. Aged for nine months on the lees, this exhibits a very fine bead, vibrant acidity and complex array of fruit, earth, and mineral aromas and flavors. It is one of the more compelling sparkling wines we carry, exotic and extremely complex. Produced by a tiny estate that farms their uniquely situated vineyards naturally and sustainably.
