Notes
John Livingstone Learmonth The Cradle of the Rhone: "(used 500-litre cask) dark red; broad, ripe, rich nose, more rich than usual, is vintage struck, black cherry, blueberry, graphite, tea leaves, some vegetal clarity from the stems, liqueur notes. The palate is expressive, flows well, is thorough but fluid, mobile, with inner persistence towards the finish. It has a real lip smack aftertaste. This is fulsome Brune, glimpses of terroir in its cool, fine spine. Wait for the place to come along. The juice is concentrated, silken, too. From 8+ years. 2053-55 June 2021."
