2022 Madson Sta Rita Hills Gamay

A light color in the glass, this bottling is yet another example of why Gamay Noir should be more widely planted across the cooler corners of the Central Coast. Aromas of peppery, earthy herbs and zesty raspberry lead from the exciting nose into a palate laced with fresh acidity and a stony grip and loaded with herbed raspberry compote flavors. Fun but with endless character.
