Laherte Frères "Ultradition" Rosé Champagne (from a private collection)

The NV Brut Rosé Ultradition (Meunier) is a very pretty, delicate wine. Crushed red berry fruit, spice, cedar, sweet spice, tobacco and dried flowers all grace this understated, wonderfully classy Rosé from Laherte. Lifted, perfumed aromatics and silky contours add to its considerable appeal. The Ultradition is a total delight. This release is 60% 2019 and 40% 2018. As always, the Ultradition Rosé is a blend of components that are vinified blanc (60%), with maceration (30%) and saignée (10%). Dosage is 6-8 grams per liter. Disgorged: April, 2022. (AG)
