2019 Martin Woods "Koosah Vineyard" Eola-Amity Hills Chardonnay

The 2019 Chardonnay Koosah Vineyard from Martin Woods, matured in 50% French and 50% Oregon oak puncheons and barriques, has a singular perfume of crème brûlée, grilled peaches and apricot, cashews and beeswax with soft herbal undertones. The medium-bodied palate features a luxurious, satiny texture opposed by tangy acidity. It has concentrated fruit streaked with smoky mineral tones and an expansive, savory finish with compelling natural spice. I love this unique, dynamic Chardonnay!
