Reviewed August 2023Textured and intense with dark plums, blackberries, dried thyme, bay leaves, cola and sweet spices. Full-bodied with sinewy tannins. Vibrant with lots of energy and focus on the palate. Spicy edge towards the dark cherry-like finish with some cola undertones. Syrah and grenache noir. From organically grown grapes.

Red, red fruit. Soprano and redcurrants. Bouncing, gleeful, playful tannins. You would never believe that this wine was 15% alcohol! Dangerously drinkable!! (TC) 16/20 points
