Savory to the core and seductively mineral, the 2021 Chardonnay Justice Vineyard keeps the glass in motion to take in its wild blend of dried florals, ground ginger, raw almonds and baked apples. This is texturally thrilling, silky and weighty at first, with stimulating acidity and a salty tinge to its ripe orchard fruits. It tapers off with a pretty inner sweetness perfectly contrasted by a saline touch and green citrus zests. Wow. (EG)
