Very light in the glass, this bottling sports a very earthy tone throughout, starting with river stone, wild thyme and candied lemon-peel aromas. A bright acidity pairs well to the turned-earth flavors of the palate, where dried citrus and light herb elements align. (MK)

Clean and crisp but, has a rich mouthfeel with round yellow apple fruit, elegant minerality and lemony citrus. A very long finish with clean earth. Very nice!
