RGNY North Fork Long Island Sparkling Wine (Zero Dosage)

Grown on RGNY's estate on the North Fork of Long Island. This traditional method sparkling wine is composed of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir. The base wines are aged in neutral oak before spending over 2-3 years on the lees prior to being disgourged. Zero dosage is added keeping this vibrant sparkler bone-dry.
