2022 Domaine Seguinot-Bordet Chablis 1er Cru "Vaillons"

Note: from purchased must, sold under the Bordet, JF label; the blend is typically 80% Vaillons proper and 20% Les Lys. This is also aromatically cool and airy with its aromas of white pepper, mineral reduction and Granny Smith apple. There is fine intensity and excellent delineation to the overtly stony medium weight flavors that conclude in a linear, chiseled finish that is very clean and sneaky long. This too is very good.
