Decanter
Reviewed December 2023Very good concentration and depth. Crisp acidity to balance the fleshy fruit character. No shortage of interest and has the ability to age several years. Jean-François Bordet's domaine (with roots dating back to 1590) is based north of Chablis in Maligny. (AH)

Burghound
Cooler and very pretty aromas are comprised by notes of green apple, oyster shell and quinine. There is a similar palate impression to the Bourgogne with its rich and generously proportioned mouthfeel before terminating in an equally clean, dry and sneaky long finale that enjoys better acid support.
Notes
Bill Nanson Burgundy Report: "‘Plateau in Maligny is all clay, almost no stones – this brings a floral, just some large stones – indistinguishable from the grand cru rock’. This with screw-cap – also plenty screwcaps for villages Chablis. There’s DIAM-style seals and screw-caps for this wineJust a little more aromatic volume here – a pretty depth. Fresher, fuller, silkier – ooh that’s just beautiful! That’s a great PC!" (01/2024)
