This delightfully bright and crunchy Cotes de Beaune has dark raspberry fruit, tart cherries and a nice dose of minerals. A super solid value that is extremely versatile and delicious.
Notes
As Neal Martin writes: "Nuiton-Beaunoy is a co-operative of around 115 growers in the Cotes and Hautes Cotes. Anyone who has driven south from Beaune would have passed their enormous facility at the roundabout leading to either Meursault or Pommard." Their wines offer the best of collectives: Excellent value wines made from grapes hand-tended by devoted small farmers.
