Reviewed August 2022A blend of 50/35/15% merlot/cabernet/shiraz fermented and matured in stainless steel. A medium salmon/amber colour. Always good and fairly priced, the 2021 delivers aromas of strawberries and cream together with a little Provençal garrigue. The palate is dry and refreshing and I like the way this tapers into a gently structured finish. A sophisticated crowd-pleaser.

Composed of 55% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Sauvingnon and 10% Shiraz.
