The palate delivers excellent weight and plump mouthfeel, beautifully supported by fine texture and polished tannins. Harmonious and structured with a sustained silky finish. Certified organic.

This has a pretty nose of dried violets, wild raspberries, blackberries, licorice, cloves and crushed stones. All in balance here, with supple wild berry fruit well-integrated with dried spice, wrapped up in firm and silky tannins. Long and flavorful. From organically grown grapes.

(Re-tasted) Moderately dense, supple wine with cherry, charcuterie and spicy oak flavours. High-energy pinot noir that should develop well with bottle age. Needs time to reveal its best.
