A creamy and fresh Champagne with aromas of croissants, brioche, lemon curd, white cocoa and marmalade. Silky bubbles. Lovely pastry notes and an elegant finish. 62% pinot noir, 24% chardonnay and 14% pinot meunier. Dosage 3g/L. Disgorged in November 2021.

This vintage bottling from Billecart is composed of 61% Pinot Noir, 24% Chardonnay and 15% Meunier. It has enjoyed over seven years of ageing on the lees and is dosed as an extra brut at just 2.8 grams per liter. -Gary Westby, K&L
