This special edition of the Fallet-Dart Rosé has been aged for an extra year on the lees and dosed lower, at just 7 grams per liter. The results is a complex, dry Champagne with savory notes along with subtle wild fruit. It is composed of 60% Meunier and 40% Pinot Noir from estate vineyards. -Gary Westby, K&L
