Reviewed July 2022Grippy and sublime, this 100% varietal white was fermented in French and Austrian oak, then aged seven months in the same. Green apple, grapefruit and peach combine for a substantive and sophisticated take on the variety, with balanced acidity keeping it fresh in the glass. (VB)
