2021 Domaine Seguinot Bordet Petit Chablis

There is excellent Chablis typicity to the more citrus-inflected aromas of mostly Granny Smith apples and just sliced pear. I very much like the sense of underlying tension to the delicious and delineated medium weight flavors that exude a subtle salinity on the bitter lemon, chiseled and equally refreshing finish.
