It's fabulously restrained and elegant with crunchy apple, nectarine, lemon curd and flinty aromas on the nose, leading to a brilliantly fine palate offering seductive sweetness and racy acidity, finishing persistent and mouth-watering. Excellent tension and drive. Certified organic. At its best: 2024 to 2034.
