Reviewed January 2019The 2017 Bourgogne Pinot Noir had been racked just before harvest. It is 100% de-stemmed with no new oak. The pretty bouquet features brambly red and black fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with slightly chewy tannin and good backbone. (NM)
