This Champagne is composed of half and half Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the Premier Crus of Villers-Allerand and Ecueil as well as the Grand Cru of Bouzy. It is dosed at 3 grams per liter, and is 60% vinified in oak. This is a great food Champagne with excellent concentration and power, but without any trace of heaviness.
