Reviewed June 2018This is exciting and invigorating; the gorgeous bouquet shows lemon curd, lime sorbet, orange peel and subtle honey notes, leading to a succulent palate that is packed with delicious fruit flavours, wonderfully complemented by silky texture and refreshing acidity. The wine is generous and flavoursome, while remaining firmly structured and stylish. Style: Off-dry. At its best: now to 2024.

In the cool 2014 vintage, the 2014 Riesling wasn't harvested until May 1. The wine shows aromas of honey and a bit of petrol, plus Golden Delicious apple, stone fruit and lime flavors. It's medium to full-bodied and off-dry in style (12 grams per liter residual sugar), with a finish that's long, rich and spicy. (JC)
