Brilliant red. Spice-accented aromas of fresh red berries, cherry and candied rose pick up a smoky mineral note with aeration. Sweet and focused on the palate, offering juicy raspberry, boysenberry and spicecake flavors and suggestions of candied flowers and white pepper. Finishes silky, sweet and long, with velvety tannins coming in slowly to contribute gentle grip.
