Made by 20+-year veteran, Yarra Valley winemaker David Bicknell. David is considered by many as one of the best Chardonnay producers in all of Australia. The "Over The Shoulder" label is basically estate fruit that didn't quite make the cut for the much more expensive single-vineyard bottlings but still represents excellent quality and an exceptional value.
