The 2015 Raisins Gaulois, which finishes its fermentation in tank and bottled in the winter following the harvest, has a very pretty Morello cherry nose with touches of strawberry. The palate is fresh and lively with simple tart cherry fruit and a dash of spice towards the feisty finish. Fill your boots with this delicious glugger. (NM)
