This spectacular brut shows so much charming fresh baguette and sea breeze character and is one of the most charming non-vintage offerings in our stock. I love the great mid-palate richness from the 60% Pinot Noir in the blend, which gives off lovely red fruit without becoming heavy or obvious. The best thing about the wine is the finish, super clean, mineral, dry and long. Be careful- this champagne is way to easy to drink!

The nose gives green apple and vanilla frosting. Delightful lemony palate. Reveals piquant, tangy nature further into the glass. Amazing value!

I absolutely love the whole line up of Pierre Mineral! this Champagne is one of the top values in the store. It's impeccably clean, mineral palate with a little bit of brioche, apple, pink peach and white blossom aromas creates the most irresistible profile. It's one of the best Champagne to sip by itself.

Notes
This balanced, elegant Champagne is composed of 30% Chardonnay, 60% Pinot Noir and 10% Meunier. The grapes are all from the Gonet family's estate, spread from the southernmost 1er cru of Vertus to the valley of the Marne.
