Singani Dinner w/ Steven Soderbergh & Eric Alperin @ Delphine, Tuesday June 23rd, 8 PM

Join us, Tuesday June 23rd @ 8PM, to welcome writer, director, cinematographer, and producer Steven Soderbergh @ the W Hotel's Delphine Restaurant. Steven, in addition to being one of Hollywood's most respected creative forces, is also the founder of Singani 63, our FAVORITE Bolivian spirit. Singani is a passion project for Steven, the culmination of a deep cultural love affair that developed while filming the epic two part biopic, CHE. Steven, having tasted and loved the traditional Bolivian aromatic brandy, was disappointed to find the product not available back in the States. His determination to have access to his favorite spirit led quickly to the realization that importing an alcoholic product into the states (even for personal use) is just not all that easy. If he was going to do it, he was going to do it all the way. Singani is the direct result of that single minded determination. So, we're very lucky to have Steven take sometime out of his busy schedule to share his story and his spirit. The W Hotel's Delphine Restaurant has developed a multi-course menu to pair with world renowned bartender Eric Alperin's wonderful creations. Mr. Alperin will showcase the spirit's diverse applications behind the bar while Mr. Soderbergh explains the spirits origins and the brand's incredible explosion onto the US spirits scene.
