Ooki Daikichi Honten Shizengou "Cuvee 18" Sake 500ml

Polished to 80%. First impression of this complex sake is the rich and full aromas of hazelnut, burnt caramel and dried fruit. It has a developed round mouthfeel with a finish full of orange zest and clean acidity to give the sake a wonderful balance. An aged sake, closer to an exotic sherry, and one of the coolest things I've ever tasted.
