Reviewed February 2021A bright, fruity rosé with peaches and light strawberries. Tangerines, too. Medium-bodied with a creamy texture. This is a blended wine with only 7% red wines. Pretty red fruit with the same freshness as the normal black label. Very fresh and vivid. Four years on the lees.

Based on the 2014 vintage and disgorged in December 2019 with eight grams per liter dosage, Lanson's NV Brut Le Rosé is showing nicely, offering up aromas of peach, crisp orchard fruit, pink grapefruit and warm brioche. Medium to full-bodied, chiseled and incisive, with a racy spine of acidity and a pretty pinpoint mousse, it concludes with a saline finish. (WK) 90+

This dry, racy rosé has great toastiness and an exceptionally fine bead. It is composed of 50% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay and 15% Meunier, with 7% Bouzy rouge giving the Champagne its color. It has been aged for three years on the lees and is dosed at only 9 grams per liter. Like all of Lanson's Champagnes, the wine is fermented in stainless steel without malolactic.

A lively blend of 50% pinot noir, 35% chardonnay and 15% pinot meunier. Six percent still red wine added to deepen the character. Light salmon colour, with a bright raspberry nose. Very clean, with excellent minerality and tart raspberry and cherry fruit in the mouth. Aged 36 months prior to release.
