Very interesting amaro, with delicious notes of cola, and loads of bitter orange followed by a soft sweetness that will make a perfect digestive for those new to the amaro world. Highly recommended.

According to a highly trusted source, this is the closest available substitute for the old incarnation of Amer Picon. (Amer Picon is a highly sought-after cocktail ingredient, which is not distributed in the United States.) What few people know is that in the 1970s the formula for Amer Picon was quietly changed, and the Amaro CioCiaro is the closest you'll get to that original Amer recipe. It's soft, subtle, sweet and citrusy, offset by a pleasant bitterness. A must for any cocktail nerd's bar.
