Death's Door White Whiskey 750ml
Review Date: 2-20-2011
The "clear" whiskey is the next hip thing: None of the smoky/oakiness, just clean goodness with a hint of vanilla and floral flavors. In terms of body and texture, it feels like drinking vodka, except it taste like a light whiskey. Great on the rock with a lemon twist. Fantastic for cocktails as well...

Antech "Brut Nature" Blanquette de Limoux
Review Date: 11-21-2010
"Most of the world credits the invention of sparkling wine to the Champagne region, and to Dom Perignon. The legend, and possible real story, is far more interesting. According to Limoux natives, it was really invented there when Blanquette was created in their backyard. Its existence is documented as far back as the 1500s. When the great dom passed through, he stole the idea, they allege." -Kelby Carr
...This Cremant de Limoux is clean, bright and unassuming. Great to drink as is, or to mix a champagne-cocktail drink! Perfect for the holidays...-GLai
